How Darwin locals are finally beating pain for good with expert physio in Stuart Park

Got questions? Here are the ones we hear most.
No. You can book directly with us without seeing a GP first. If you are covered by WorkCover, DVA, or a care plan from your doctor we can work with that too, but it is never a requirement to get started.
Your first session is all about understanding you. We will ask about your pain, your history, and what you want to get back to doing. From there we do a thorough physical assessment and walk you through exactly what we found and what we recommend. No jargon, just straight answers.
Most private health insurance covers physiotherapy. We also accept WorkCover, DVA, and Medicare care plans. Not sure what you are covered for? We can help you figure that out on the call.
It depends on what is going on, but we will always give you an honest answer at your first appointment. Some people feel significant relief within a few sessions. Others with longer standing pain or complex injuries need more time. What we can promise is that we will never string you along. If we think you need something else, we will tell you.
We hear this a lot. Our approach focuses on finding the actual cause, not just treating the symptom. Give us a call and if we are not the right fit we will tell you honestly.
We work hard to get you in fast. Once you submit your details one of our team will call you within 24 hours to lock in a time that suits you.
We are on Stuart Highway in Stuart Park, Darwin. Free parking is available on site.
Phase 1:
Calm It Down
Hands on treatment to reduce your pain, restore movement, and get you feeling human again. This is where we take the edge off so you can start making real progress.
Phase 2:
Build It Back
Once symptoms settle we load the area progressively to rebuild strength and capacity. This is the phase most people skip, and why their pain keeps coming back.
Phase 3: Return To Life
We gradually reintroduce the activities, sport, or work demands that matter to you. Controlled, confident, and at your pace.
Phase 4:
Stay There
We give you the tools and knowledge to protect yourself going forward so you are not back on the table in six months with the same problem.
